The Catracho’s breakfast was super good. Although there is quite a bit of wait to get your food, I recommend this place.
First time having food from Honduras 🇭🇳. Always wanted to check this place out. I was definitely satisfied 😌 with how good the food 😋 was. Great customer service 👏 and the astomphere was nice 👍 I understand very little Español, but the customer service,like I stated was welcoming. I forgot to post my food,lol 🤦🏽♀️ Anyways,check them out.
STAY AWAY! They made an attempt to over charge me. I was fine with the waitress not serving chips and salsa on this last visit (their salsa has the consistency of tomato juice). I ordered a $10 steak which must have come with a $5 fee when you ask for a steak knife. I ate half my meal by the time I got that knife. The food is mediocre but having to point out the price in the menu while paying makes it disgusting. BE CAREFUL WHEN PAYING! I've eaten here before, multiple times, with better experiences but after a long day at work and a bussiness meeting at town hall, arguing about being ripped off is the last I want to do before going home. I will not eat at this place again. Especially when there are so many better restaurants in the area.
Food tastes really authentic! The pollo frito con tajadas is to die for and the baleadas are delicious! I love that they have a food truck in Olathe!
Be prepared to wait a bit to get your food, but it is so worth the wait. Foods are served super fresh and delicious. The servings are very nice too. The place is very small but works perfect for 2-4 people.
Although this is the first time we tried the baleadas, the ingredients portioned inside each of the tortillas seems very skimpy compared to images of the authentic dish. Mostly refried beans and not much eggs or cheese. Essentially paying $10 for two tortillas of refried beans. It would have been better to combine a good portion of eggs into one tortilla. This is a very small and unrenovated building. Maybe 6 tables in a cramped very uncomfortable space. Menu prices are much higher than food value and atmosphere.

Great small little place! Has sit down or carry-out. Menu is in both English and Spanish so do not let this intimate you from traveling to Honduras via the food express! Your stomach will thank you!
